RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
- CUSTOMERS MAY RETURN ANY ITEMS WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE RECEIPT OF GOODS FOR AN EXCHANGE OR A REFUND.
- Please Note: In case of exchange or return buyer will have to pay the postage. In case of refund seller only refund the actual item price. Postage will not be refunded.
- ALL GOODS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH ALL TAGS STILL ATTACHED, AND FREE OF ANY WEAR OR TEAR AND UNUSED IN A GOOD SALABLE CONDITION.
- RETURN POSTAGE COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.

- We ship goods throughout the world.
- Delivery Address: It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct delivery address. The goods are dispatched to the Buyer’s address in eBay records. If there is any change in your personal details, please update your address before checkout, if you want to arrange a delivery to a different address than your own, please add the new address for delivery at checkout.
- The Delivery Time depends upon the type of delivery service selected by the buyer. Please check the table below for the carrier handling times and these are only to be used as guidance. In exceptional cases these times can be much longer.

- Royal Mail/ Evri/ DPD: Please first of all contact your local post office as we have found over the time that in many cases the Royal Mail postmen fail to leave a notice for parcels. All you need to ask them is if they have any parcels for your address waiting for you to collect. If they cannot help you with this please contact us via eBay messaging system. We aim to reply your query within 1-2 working days. After sending message please wait for our reply before sending second message. We reply each message in order it was received.

- Normal delivery time for international deliveries is 9-14 business days (Mon-Fri) excluding UK public and Bank holidays) after receiving the dispatch email is sent.
